Overview

By using G&F Com-Pump System, the bottom hole pressure can be reduced so as to increase the differential pressure between formation pressure and bottom hole pressure to maintain higher liquid carrying velocity and continuous liquid unloading to achieve higher production. Different from the existing multiphase pumps, G&F provides bespoke and customisable engineering solutions upon consultation with our clients. Our Com-Pump System is uniquely designed to change over between intake and outtake chambers to achieve continuous and reliable transportation of gas and liquid (water and oil) through automatic control.

Main Applications

  • To replace existing or newly built facilities in Field Production Facility (FPF), Booster Station (BS), Gathering Manifold (OGM/GGM), Central Processing Facility (CPF) and wellhead
  • Used for high water-cut wells or liquid loading wells where gas lift or foam assisted lift are used for production
  • Low producing wells including mature wells and stripper wells
  • Used as oil and gas boosting and metering device for branch and main pipelines which cover a large gathering radius
  • Used for long-distance unheated transportation of high water cut produced liquid
  • Used as oil-gas mixed transportation device for single well with high gas-oil ratio, high back pressure and insufficient feed flow
  • Shale gas production

Main Design Features

  • To suit working conditions of 0 to 100% of void fraction and working conditions with random change of pure gas, pure liquid and gas liquid mixture
  • 2.0MP to 6MP differential pressure between intake and outtake are maintained to ensure continuous production and sufficient pressure to enter the main transportation line depends on different situation
  • Wellhead pressure reduced to 0.1MP or less
  • Reinject part of natural gas to casing for gas lifting to save cost of nitrogen
  • Local water separation for reinjection as necessary
  • Local gas separation for heating or gas turbine as necessary
